Refund Policy

Refunds and Replacements

If your goods are dam­aged, you’ve been sent the wrong items, they don’t meet your expec­ta­tions or you’ve just changed your mind you can choose between a refund or a replacement.

Please con­tact us with­in 14 days of your order date via email: info@mishkahoney.co.uk or call us on +447962155674 with your name, order num­ber and rea­son for request­ing a refund or replacement.

Refunds are made to the same form of pay­ment used to make the orig­i­nal pur­chase i.e. debit/credit card.

Below we describe the dif­fer­ent cir­cum­stances where refunds and replace­ments apply.

Damaged Parcels

Please accept our apolo­gies if you have received a dam­aged par­cel. We pack our prod­ucts as safe­ly as pos­si­ble but some­times dam­ages still occur dur­ing its deliv­ery. In this instance, we can offer you a full refund or a replacement.

We’ll hap­pi­ly refund you to the same form of pay­ment used to make the orig­i­nal purchase.

If you’d pre­fer replace­ments then just let us know. We’ll get them sent to you the next work­ing day free of charge.

Please safe­ly dis­pose of the dam­aged items.

Wrong Item(s)

In very rare cas­es cus­tomers can receive the wrong items and we’re very sor­ry if this has hap­pened to you. We’ll hap­pi­ly refund or replace your item(s), and pick up the tab for the return couri­er or mail charges.

Items not as described

We have every con­fi­dence in the qual­i­ty of our prod­ucts and the accu­ra­cy of their descrip­tions. If you feel that the items received didn’t meet your expec­ta­tions of what was described on the web­site then we’ll hap­pi­ly refund or replace your item(s), and cov­er the costs for the return couri­er or mail charges.

You’ve changed your mind

If you’re request­ing a refund or exchange because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the costs of return­ing the hon­ey to us (if they’ve already been dispatched).

Returning your items

If you are return­ing your order to us, please repack it safe­ly and return it to us with­in 14 days of noti­fy­ing us of the return. include your name, order num­ber and rea­son for return.

We’ll refund you in full with­in 5 work­ing days of receiv­ing it.

As a con­sumer, you have legal rights in rela­tion to prod­ucts that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affect­ed by your right of return and refund in this or any­thing else in these terms and con­di­tions. Advice about your legal rights is avail­able from your local Cit­i­zens’ Advice Bureau or Trad­ing Stan­dards office.
